Trained by Unilever Global Best Practice Leaders, Hannah’s role has developed in 2019 from Research Director, to Client Lead – a role dedicated to championing excellence throughout Blue Yonder.

Externally, it’s about finding better, more impactful and more agile ways of working to ensure clients get where they need to go and get stakeholders on board through brilliant research stories, even where they have ‘unknown unknowns’; it’s about 360o consumer understanding, uncovering deep consumer needs and storytelling to drive sales: do great research and bring it to life in a new, agile research world.
