BFS is the finance arm of the Manchester Growth Company and supported by the GM Combined Authorities and Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership. Established in 2002 with a brief to provide a professional and service focused alternative business finance options specifically for businesses that have been unable to obtain funding through a mainstream lender. Over the years we have grown and developed our finance offering and now provide a range of business finance solutions from £500 through to £2m for start up, growth, export, as well as support on raising early stage equity through the Co Angel Investment Service. To date we have lent over £80m to businesses across the UK and supported over 10,000 businesses.
