Any visitors found selling to exhibitors or to other visitors will be required to leave. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or to insist that any visitor leaves the exhibition for any reason.

Terms and conditions

  • We don't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.

  • People who've registered for our events will receive email communications about the event and other relevant events from NS Events Group Ltd, such as your electronic entry ticket, workshop confirmations and important announcements.

  • If you have consented, we may share your details with our show partner and exhibitors that you have indicated are relevant to you on page 2 of the registration form, who may contact you, you have the option to unsubscribe from any of these email communications at any time. We also reserve our right to use your data to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

  • We don't store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

  • In our website, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what's visible to the public, seen by search engines, kept private, and permanently deleted.

NS Events Group Ltd operates several websites. It is NS Events Group's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

When you are at one of our events you will be issued with a badge to gain entry. If your badge has a bar code and you allow exhibitors to scan the badge, they will receive your contact details. If you do not want to give your contact details to an exhibitor then do not allow them to scan your badge at the event.

Like most website operators, NS Events Group collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. NS Events Group's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how NS Events Group visitors use its website. From time to time, NS Events Group may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

We give users options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include: Opting out of providing your details to relevant exhibitors and sponsors when registering for a ticket on any of NS Events Group's websites. Opting to participate in certain interactive areas, which completely alleviates the need to gather any personally identifiable information from our users.

By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by NS Events Group. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the privacy policy page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

NS Events Group may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its websites.

NS Events Group Limited discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on NS Events Group Ltd behalf or to provide services available at NS Events Group Ltd websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. I understand that by choosing to allow my badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, I am providing to those third parties the information I submitted when registering for the event. I consent to this information being given to those third parties so that they may contact me in future about their products and services. Data about who has scanned your badge may be used by the organiser of this event (NS Events Group Ltd) for analytical purposes.
