Tell me how this all works?
Initially, just get in touch with our friendly sales team by filling out the form below or calling us on 0330 1222 049 and we will be happy to match you up with the right size stand and package to achieve your objectives.

Once you’ve secured your stand you’ll be matched with a dedicated account manager who is on hand to assist you in the run up to the show, on the day and beyond. In terms of payment, a deposit is required within 28 days, and the rest is payable before the event.
What if I've never exhibited before?
Your dedicated Account Manager will look after you from the moment you book, guiding you through how to make the most out of the event, making sure you don't miss any deadlines, and offering advice whenever you need it.
There is also an independent expert who runs a training day on how to generate an ROI from events, usually costing £300pp, which we provide for free.
Will I be the only one in my sector?
We always aim to book a maximum of three companies within sectors, to minimise competition. Just ask what we already have booked in when you enquire!
