Alison Shadrack Brown is the founder of Adia PR and the torchbearer behind some of the UK’s most disruptive and trailblazing entrepreneurs. Alison launched Adia PR in 2013 to help entrepreneurs to build brand awareness and improve their own visibility, credibility and reputation. Her clients are regularly featured in the crème de la crème of the media world, like The Times, Forbes, and Sky News and they’re frequently winners of coveted industry awards.

Alison has been recognised as a leading PR expert by The Great British Entrepreneur Awards, Enterprise Nation and Experian who selected her as one of the Top50 Business Advisers and Top5 PR Advisers in the UK. Alison has recently been appointed as the Vice-Chair of the Institute of Directors in Essex.

Before setting up Adia PR, Alison previously worked in PR and marketing in various guises, including at The European Commission in Brussels, Accenture global consultancy in London and a property firm in New York.

She is also a serial entrepreneur having successfully launched previous businesses of her own including one of the first e-commerce companies in the UK supplying some of Italy's finest artisan food products to discerning food lovers. She expanded this B2C business into a B2B concern supplying the likes of Harrods, Fortnum & Mason, Selfridges and top restaurants across the UK.  She naturally grew the business thanks to a consistent national PR campaign, securing coverage in the national newspapers, consumer magazines, trade publications and counting top chefs and cookery writers as influencers happy to name her business as their preferred supplier.
