Within an environment where people started increasingly looking for downsizing but struggling to sell their homes, he looked at ways to facilitate that, by setting up a part-exchange scheme. He focused on hiring the right people for the right jobs and is still personally involved in the whole process.

Alongside Wyldecrest Parks, Alfie Best also owns other very successful businesses within the hospitality and leisure, events, trading and finance industries Best Park Home Finance, Kyoto Clearance, Wylde Events to name but a few and has now created his own charity to help others.
